Anne Phung Nguyen

My name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in the beautiful Orange County California with my wonderful fiance JP and extremely happy Dad Henry. My followers are mostly on my Instagram page @annephung. In this blog, I will share my tale of highs, lows and everything in-between. I moved to America with my family and brothers at the age of one and a half years older. I wouldn't be here sharing my life for you were it not because my parents are devoted to hard work and sacrifice. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot at a better future I aimed to impress them and was a shrewd entrepreneur for the success. My plan of life was as follows: I'd attend university, find an employment in a company then marry, and purchase a home. Although I was convinced that this was the definition of success, life had different plans. It was 2013 when I discovered that I didn't like being in my job as a corporate employee. Status and money did not excite me. I felt like I wasted my time to earn a paycheck. When I started to take steps toward a new direction in my life, I discovered the importance of personal training and that's what I wanted to do. I have a love of exercise and enjoy working around people and helping them. In 2014, I launched my small business and this 2021 will see me celebrating my 7th birthday. There are few Asian women working in this industry. In order to be an innovator in my industry and to offer quality coaching, to enable others to achieve an improved and happier life by creating a healthy lifestyle to suit their requirements and targets. My goal is to inspire others to pursue their desires and achieve the life they've always wished for. My career took off as I experienced the greatest happiness in my entire life. My mother passed away just when my professional life began to fall off. She won her eight year fight with the disease and is now in Heaven as well as with me in my mind and my heart all the time. If you don't realize the signs at first, God has a funny way of offering us the things we require. Many ways, the loss of my mother has changed my life. I truly believe she provided me with another chance to be a part of her story after she passed away. Her death on Tet/Lunar New Year Day was the chance to create with a fresh start. To me, it was my second chance to lead a fulfilled life. In my 30's I'm alive and alert. I truly feel that I am living now and not merely existing like I was in my past. As I share the story of my life, it is to ensure that other people can relate to my experiences and thoughts. It is to know that they're not on their own. It is also a sign of real love. Also that therapy is necessary and is not unusual. Also, health is your biggest wealth. There is only one chance to live. I hope you enjoy it to the max.
